Note: Account creation is available with some but not all mobile app variants.
Account details can be changed in the Settings screen in the mobile app.
To change the name or password:
- Tap Settings at the bottom of the home screen in the Nokia WiFi mobile app.
- In the Settings screen, swipe down and tap Account (under general).
- To edit the Full Name, tap Full Name.
- Type the new name in the Update Name.
- Tap the check mark at the top right corner.
- To edit the password, tap Password
- You will be asked to enter your existing password first
- Note: If you do not know the current password, you can reset it.
- Then you can enter your new password
- You will be asked to sign in after updating your password
