Devices can be marked "critical" by toggling on "Alert Me of Issues" in the device view in the mobile app.

When this option is selected, you will be notified by email at the email address associated with the Nokia WiFi account. This can be toggled off at any time to stop email notifications.
Examples of when this could be useful is with devices such as security monitors, baby monitors etc.
Emails will be from email@example.com
When the device has been experiencing a stable connection for a 6 hour period another notification will be sent in email letting them know that the connection is stable.
