You may encounter the Network connection error message when the mobile device connected to the WiFi network [Nokia WiFi/third party WiFi/mobile data] is not able to communicate to the Nokia WiFi Cloud Controller (NWCC) because:
- There is no active internet connection.
- NWCC does not respond, and the connection gets timed out.
Also, when you have assigned the current Mobile App device in Parental control [Bedtime/Schedules], internet is blocked and shows this error screen.
If you have already set up a Nokia WiFi network and you see this message, your device may not be connected to the internet.
- Enable internet connection in your mobile device.
- Tap Try Again.
