Admin credentials can be used to sign in (log in) to your mobile app and the web GUI. They can be found on the sticker of the root Beacon.
If you are having any issues with your email address and password (if you have the ability to set up an account or haven't done so yet) this is an additional way to to log in.
This can only be used if you are connected to your Nokia WiFi network (LAN) and not all mobile app features will be available using this login. You are able to sign in with admin credentials if you Internet is down.
Change admin password
(for deployments where setting up a Nokia WiFi account is not available)
In the mobile app, Settings > Account screen, you have an option to change the admin password

Type the desired new password for the admin account.
- When setting your password, a list of password rules will appear below the password field.
- Each rule is marked with:
- ✅ Green Check Mark: Rule is met
Gray Circle: Rule is not yet met
- These rules update in real-time as you enter or modify your password.
- Once all password rules are met, tap the checkmark icon ( √) at the top right corner of the screen.
- Save your new password securely.
Password recovery or reset is not possible. To regain access, you must perform a factory reset on the router and complete the setup process again.
