Sign in with admin credentials

Admin credentials can be used to sign in (log in) to your mobile app and the web GUI. They can be found on the sticker of the root Beacon.

If you are having any issues with your email address and password (if you have the ability to set up an account or haven't done so yet) this is an additional way to to log in.

This can only be used if you are connected to your Nokia WiFi network (LAN) and not all mobile app features will be available using this login. You are able to sign in with admin credentials if you Internet is down.

Change admin password (for deployments where setting up a Nokia WiFi account is not available)

In the mobile app, Settings > Account screen, you have an option to change the admin password

  1. In the Account screen, you can see username Admin and Password options.
    • Tap > next to the password.
    • Type the current password and tap Next. If you have forgotten the current password, tap Forgot Password? and tap Confirm to factory reset all your WiFi.
    • Re-type the current password and tap Next
  2. In the Update password screen type the new password.
      • The password must be 8 to 24 characters in length and must include at least one special character (except for %) and at least one number. The first character cannot be a special character. The same character cannot occur consecutively 8 times.
      • The new password must be different from the existing password.

        3. Tap Next. The password is updated successfully.

        4. Tap Continue to sign in to the app with the new password.
